Native American Wisdom

"When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live your life so that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice."
Cherokee Proverb

  1. Very beautiful. To the clever critics who might consider the word "world" pretentious I would like to say that everyone should be enough Cherokee to know that with "world" is not intended the whole world, but only the part within reach.

  2. We all can accept this rule, but life is a package of days and days, all beginning with different values of mood, temper and energy. There is, consequently, a lot of time when you are crying and childhood being long ago.
